Our Team

Nic Pauwels has served as the director of the BBP alongside his wife Amely and their three kids, Noam, Faye, and Ilai, since 2022. Having been students of the program themselves in 2019, the Lord used that time to call them to missions as a family. Their vision for the program is ‘to lead young Christians to a deeper relationship with the Lord, to accompany them as they discover the next step God is calling them to, and to encourage them as they develop their Spanish for the building of God’s kingdom. Alongside the team God has brought from around the world; they strive to bring about this God given vision and His ultimate glorification. Together the BBP team seek to ensure the good of every student as individuals and as members of the program
