3rd Term (April - July)

Winter Season

They made it! Well, almost. In their third and final term, as activities slow down, our students are about three months away from graduation, which means three months away from what the Lord has for them next. During this time, they adjust to everyday life as a Bible student taking classes in Spanish from our adjoining Bible Institute(B.I.). Part of the end of our program is providing the students with the same opportunities. Through accredited classes and sitting under some of the best Bible teachers of our time, the students can begin their first year in the B.I. and see for themselves if it could be their next step. Completely immersed in the culture and language, now is the time for them to make decisions after graduation.

Word of Life Argentina plays a significant international role within Word of Life. While Word of Life programs in various countries generally feature two years of Bible classes, WOL Argentina offers an extended four-year curriculum. Since 1970, we have been dedicated to teaching, equipping, and mobilizing missionaries from all over the world. Approximately 80 percent of Word of Life’s leadership has originated from Argentina.

Discover your calling

Part of the end of our program is providing the students with the same opportunities. Through accredited classes and sitting under some of the best Bible teachers of our time, the students can begin their first year in the B.I. and see for themselves if it could be their next step. Completely immersed in the culture and language, now is the time for them to make decisions after graduation. This is our favorite part as we watch and play a role in our student's lives as they DISCOVER their calling. As a team, the end of the program is a bittersweet experience. While we fully believe the Lord uses this program in their lives to take them deeper, he also uses it in ours as well. Walking alongside them for this time allows us to see firsthand what a big God we have. From day one until the last, it is often a non-stop rollercoaster of growth and change for the BBP students. For us, letting them go means entrusting them to the Lord in a new way as He continues to lead them outside of the program.

Graduation

BBP Graduation takes place at the end of July when our students get to walk the stage in front of their friends and family. Some will stay and continue in the B.I., and some will choose to leave, go to college, or go home. Graduation is an important day for us to show up and support the students as they begin their first day of the next season of their lives. Regardless of where they are headed, we pray this has been a blessed and refining time for them as they reflect on the past ten months. We are thankful for the year they committed to growth and service. We hope in future years to see them again and that they encourage others to be a part of this life-changing experience as the program continues.
